Dear Dale,

Please feel free to use me as a reference for your numismatic skills. As you know, we have known each other professionally and personally for the past 17 years. During that time, I have been very comfortable with your investment advice and guidance in the realm of collectible coins. My coins have appreciated as high as 400%, mainly due to your skill in selecting those pristine coins with a great desirability for other investors.

My career in coin collecting and investing began after buying coins from a large Boston gallery, which had been profiled in the Wall Street Journal. To my amazement, two years later, when I had the coins re-evaluated by another coin dealer, I was astonished to learn that I had been sold over graded coins, some which had been cleaned and toned artificially. The Boston gallery is now defunct after other collectors and investors had pursued legal remedies.

To the contrary, I was very pleased having my coins graded by PGCS to learn that the vast majority of the coins sold to me by Dale graded at the same grade, with the remaining minority split nearly evenly, returning one grade higher or lower by PGCS, which can certainly be accounted for by individual, differing opinions by other graders.

In summary, I find your honesty, competency, and trustworthiness to be unique. I have given you free reign to invest my funds, as well as my children's funds, in collectible coins as you see fit. I am happy to recommend you to anyone who has an interest in collecting or investing in rare coins. I wish you continued success in your numismatic business; your quality coins and character speak for themselves!

Sincerely,

David S. McLaughlin, M.D.

Dear Mr. Williams:

From 1981 to 1983 I purchased investment grade coins from your firm with the intention of future sale for profit. Those early twentieth century copper, nickel, and silver coins were graded MS-65 and PF-65. At the same time I also purchased investment coins from other well-known dealers in the same grades. This year I wished to sell my holdings and sought the counsel of a local numismatic investment firm who advised me that all the coins should be graded by PCGS.

I realized the grading standards have changed during the past eight years, and I was a bit worried that my investment would be affected. Fortunately for me, the grading standards did not change for Williams Gallery. The coins that you graded MS-65 and PF-65 in 1981 were graded by PCGS in 1989 at the same grade. Unfortunately, the coins I purchased from the other well-known dealers were graded two to four grades lower on every coin! As you know there is a large monetary difference between grades.

I sold my newly certified Williams Gallery coins for substantial profits, and unfortunately sold the other pieces purchased from other dealers at significant losses.

I believe my experience associated with the sale of my coins could help potential investors and collectors who are looking for an honest and reliable numismatic firm. Any person who uses Williams Gallery, Inc. for their numismatic purchases will be thankful and most probably, profitable for their decision in the future.

You may use this endorsement as you deem appropriate.

Sincerely,

David P. Kaplan, D.D.S.

To Whom It May Concern:

I have known and done business with Dale Williams for approximately fifteen years. I purchased my first coin from Dale when he was located in Ohio working for Paramount Coins. I answered an advertisement in Coin World and was fortunate enough to have Dale handle the transaction. That $100 Morgan dollar was one of my better investments since the return on my investment included what I have since learned is a very rare commodity, namely an honest coin dealer with exceptional expertise in accurate coin grading. Dale is that rare commodity.

When Dale opened Williams Gallery in Dayton, Ohio, I became one of his first clients and to this day I regard him as my coin expert. I trust him explicitly. I have never found him to be anything but honest and his grading skills have withstood the test of time. I have done business with him in six figures with substantial profit. I would recommend him highly to anyone interested in coins whether collector, investor, or both. I might add that Dale loves coins and is capable of turning an investor into a collector. He is very knowledgeable and can provide a very nice historical perspective for any coin he sells. He certainly stimulated my interest in coins.

Over the years I have gotten to know Dale and his family socially and have spent many happy (and profitable) hours with them. I have visited Dayton and San Francisco. I am now looking forward to Lake Tahoe, a place I have not yet been. Dale is likable, enthusiastic, and very easy to work with. I have enjoyed my association with him and I look forward to many more good years.

If I can be of any further help I would be happy to try to answer any specific questions. I can be reached during the day at 313-858-3190.

Sincerely yours,

Donald J. Jarzynski, M.D.
